Morgan came to BXF with only two weeks to improve his fitness standards for his RAF recruitment test. His running performance, press-up capacity, and sit-up endurance needed rapid improvement in a short time frame to meet the required pass standard.
Through intense performance-focused conditioning, structured endurance work, and military-style preparation, we pushed his physical limits and maximised his results under pressure.

Lila came to BXF underweight at 44KG with the goal of building her physique, increasing lower body muscle growth, and improving her confidence through training. Her focus was not competition or performance-based sport, but creating a physique she felt proud of and reaching a professional photoshoot level transformation. Through structured hypertrophy training, nutrition support, progressive overload, and long-term consistency across 18 months, she completely transformed both physically and mentally.
